Physics Tuition
Get Better At Physics runs 60 minute online GCSE and A Level Physics groups for students in the same year group and exam board. Groups contain no more than four students, cost £35 for GCSE or £45 for A Level, and start when at least two compatible students are available.
How Students Are Matched
Students are matched specifically by their school year and exam board. It is safe to assume that students with these matching criteria, will be studying the same topics at roughly the same time. Different abilities are accommodated within a group, which is one big reason why the groups ae kept small.
What a Weekly Group Session Includes
Group sessions will adhere to a short-term plan to follow topics that the students are covering at that time in their school studies. We would reinforce that learning in our sessions by practicing lots of past-paper questions, as well as addressing specific challenges the students face.
Pros & Cons of Small Group Tuition

The groups are small so a student won't get lost in the crowd, and can have their questions answered and their understanding challenged appropriately.

Working in groups exposes students to different approaches, and ways of thinking.

The shared experience can be validating and increase confidence.

If a student is absent, then the work goes on regardless. However, recordings will be accessible for catch-up.
